I love the chicken. I had him in the original wooden block, and I have him in the Farm Fun set from A Muse Studios.
I made an extra to send to a very special person in my family…

Just wanted to share with you a Christmas Coaster that we made at my sister’s house last weekend, as a part of her workshop! I created them with her in mind, as I think that the Nordic Noel screamed her name to me. This A Muse Studio set is available at my Online Shop.
I love them so much, that I am having a workshop on November 6th!
With Christmas time right around the corner, let's get our teacher's gifts out of the way early this year! Join us as we make 4 Christmas Coasters from 4"x4" Travertine Tiles! You can give your favorite teacher a set of 4 - or split them up & let two teachers have two apiece!! Heck, keep them for your self for a little holiday fun around the house :)
In this class, we will create 4 coasters. The coasters do need a day or two of drying time, and then to be coated in a water resistant gloss. You can take them home that day to finish, or you can leave me postage of $6.50 and I will gloss coat them & mail them back to you within the week! (I will bubble wrap them & send them in a small priority box)
It is $12 to make a set of 4 coasters. Additional sets are $10 each. Please RSVP by November 1st, so that I may have your supplies ready! You can RSVP to stamping.dana@gmail.com

I have been a stamping maniac lately. I know that I should not admit this out loud, but I think I have “temporarily” found my mojo.
I have a Christmas card class coming up, and I wanted to share this sample I made for the class. I am absolutely 111% in LUV with this card!!
Built on a base of Kraft Cardstock, I have layers of Cherry and Vanilla cardstock. I used Fern Cardstock and the FABULOUS Christmas tree die from A Muse Studios (Amazingly, only $8.95 at my A Muse Studio Shop!!). Topped the tree off with Vanilla & Cranberry Pearl stickers. Cherry Ribbon & Red & White Bakers Twine, also from A Muse Studio.
I have the A Muse Studio Bow Maker on order & in transit, so I had to tie this bow the old fashioned way – 17 times to get it to look right. But, my absolute favorite part of this card is the maple tag. A Muse studio has two sizes, 1.5” & 2” – both are available in my store. You can stamp on them, paint them, use a Cropodile to out a hole in them, hug them, and love them. Ok, hug them & love them? Maybe that is just me…
I have more Maple Tags on order, and I am already thinking those might mot be enough…but watch my blog for more Maple Tag Projects. Or, at $3.95 for 12 of the 1.5” tags ($5.95 for the 2” tags) – seriously, order some & show me what you can do with them! I am warning you now, get more than one set – you won’t be sorry!
I am excited to share an ATC (Artists Trading Card) that I am making for one of my swaps with some of my fellow A Muse Studio Consultants. It is one of my very most-est favorite sets. Not only does it have a Vespa like scooter stamp – it has the Westie dogs!! Ok, my Westie is not gingham in real life – but in a perfect world – there would be gingham dogs.
Supplies used are the Ooh La La! set, Lichen Cardstock, Bermuda Polka Dot Cardstock, Grass & Buttercup Gingham Cardstock, Lichen Flower Ribbon & a clear twinkle sticker. All supplies are available at my A Muse Studio Shop.
Christmas Tag Stamp Camp - October 16 & 21st – McHenry, IL
My Christmas Tag Class is coming! We will be making 18 Christmas tags, 2 each of 9 different designs, using the Holiday Tags set from the 2011 Holiday Catalog & Inspiration Guide. You will even get a chance to order any products used, at a 10% discount!
This class is being offered on Sunday, October 16th from 1pm – 4 pm, as well as Friday, October 21st from 6:30pm – 9:30 pm. The cost is $12.00. RSVP by Saturday, October 8th – so that I may have your supplies ready.

So, I had signed up for an Autumn swap with some other consultants at A Muse Studios. But, I do have to admit that I pushed it to the back of my mind until this weekend. (hey – I still have two weeks left, don’t get all “judgy”)
Well, do you want to hear the shocker? I do not have Autumn A Muse stamps yet. Yes, I said yet.
So, I did what any Crafty Girl would do…I got creative! The “tree” that I used is really the coral, from the Sea Shells Set. (Shown below). Used Q-Tips with Fern, Cranberry, Squash & Pumpkin ink to create the fall leaves.

The challenge this month was to make a summery card. I wanted to share with you a card that we just made at my Workshop today! We had a blast!! I have been wanting to share this for a few days, but I knew that it would be a great card to share for this blog hop.
I used the A Muse Studio Kraft cardstock. The “water” is the Bermuda Polka Dot Cardstock, and the sailboat (from the Life’s a Breeze Set) is stamped on the backside of the Bermuda Polka Dot Cardstock. I did not have anymore Vanilla Cardstock, and this way, I ensured that it all matched!
The buttons are also from A Muse Studio. You know, they guaranty that you get at least 200 buttons in your bags. My little guy counted, and we had over 400! Yes, I do love the buttony goodness of these Bermuda Buttons…
Can you believe that summer is almost over? My kiddos go back to school in 2 weeks!
